Bangalore –TENVIC, a professional sports consulting company, today announced a two day sports-based experiential learning programme for middle managers. This is the first ever open program from TENVIC; the program leverages the experiences of iconic sportspeople to develop a learning platform for corporate executives and help them learn the essentials of leadership. The program titled ‘Leadership – the Sporting Way’ is scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, September 8 and 9, 2012 at Hotel President in Jayanagar, Bangalore.
As a part of this program, four iconic sportspersons, including former Indian Test captain Anil Kumble, former Indian cricketer VVS Laxman, former Indian fast bowler Venkatesh Prasad and Aakash Chopra will share their perspectives on leadership with the participants. Knowledge will be shared through the primary medium of case studies that participants will analyse and solve in groups, leading to further discussions with the sportsperson. The underlying theoretical frameworks have been created by seasoned learning and development professionals from TENVIC.
This unique program will expose participants to four different aspects of leadership, namely, Personal Development, Leadership at the highest level, Ordinary people – Extraordinary results, and Delivery Excellence.
